The main objective is to generate social well-being through the enhancement of one's uniqueness and the acceptance of others' nuances, with the purpose of contrasting discrimination and bullying, with particular attention to sexism and homo-bi-transphobic behaviours.
Transparent offers workshops of reflection, comparison and deepening on education towards differences, prevention and contrast to bullying and cyberbullying, using non-formal education techniques. In addition, Transparent team develops team building workshops, group management, active listening and best practices for acceptance.
