In the last few months Transparent has created two workshops for the creation and enhancement of the group: for CSV Salento it has taken part in Hospitality and Association Membership in oder to give value to the human capital of an ETS, and in January it has written and created a workshop for 30 volunteers of Avo, Hospital Volunteer Association of Copertino, entitled "The group as a resource", that has been the first appointment of the 23rd course for AVO volunteers.
